We are a small, highly specialized firm that works exclusively with Alberta Gas Co-ops and County & Municipal Gas Utilities

SRG Land Ltd. was established in 2014 by Sandra Vollema after working for over 25 years for the well-established, highly regarded Edmonton based firm, Campbell Ryder Engineering Ltd. When Campbell Ryder Engineering downsized to prepare for retirement in 2014, Sandra started SRG Land Ltd. to continue to work with her clients to provide the same services and attention to detail that they had become accustom to.

Services:

•           Maintain and update the digital gas system files with year end submissions to the Federation of Alberta Gas Co-ops and Alberta Rural Utilities

•           Third Party Crossing / Proximity / Encroachment applications (pipeline, railways, roads, highways, etc.)

•           AER (ERCB) pipeline permit applications – new lines, line splits, abandonments

•           Crownland (DPL & PIL) applications

•           Land status reviews (C of T checks, Abacus checks, etc.) for routing and alignment

•           As-built plan printing (1/2 scale, 3/4 scale and full scale drawings, wall maps, tap maps, custom requests, etc.)

•           Alberta One-Call review and update

•           Linear property review

•           Setting up systems for GIS implementation
